SciDiscover: advancing molecular research with AI

We are pleased to share SciDiscover, a computational framework developed at ardeshirlab.org that integrates language models with scientific knowledge bases to assist in the analysis of molecular mechanisms and pathways.

This open-source tool aims to complement existing research methodologies by helping researchers explore potential connections between molecules and visualize pathway relationships based on published literature.

SciDiscover is currently available as an alpha release under the Apache 2.0 license. We welcome feedback from the research community as we continue to refine its functionality and accuracy.
