We seek a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our multidisciplinary team investigating the complex interplay between the microbiome and host immune systems. The successful candidate will lead cutting-edge projects in spatial transcriptomics pipeline development, multi-omics data integration, and computational systems leveraging deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and multi-agent reinforcement learning for knowledge extraction, biomarker discovery, and mechanistic pathway modeling in host-microbiome interactions.
Medical Research Specialist
The Medical Research Specialist for this dynamic systems biology research laboratory will perform a variety of diagnostic and quantitative assays, with a primary focus on understanding the microbiome and its interactions with the immune system. Research will be conducted in Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2 and BSL2-enhanced) laboratories, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
