Ardeshir Lab

The Ardeshir Lab studies gut microbes’ influence on immune system development and responses to pathogens and vaccines. We integrate omics technologies with immunology, microbiology, and computational biology.

We are dedicated to understanding the impact of gut microbiota on the development and function of the immune system in response to pathogens and vaccines. Our research integrates omics technologies, immunology, microbiology, and computational biology to unravel the complex interactions within the gut ecosystem. We aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying host-microbe interactions and their implications for human health.
